TigerCampus Hong Kong offers flexible working hours, allowing you to set a schedule that works for you. However, tutors are expected to commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week (or a minimum of 5 hours per week if you already teach at other institutions or have private students).
Yes. You have the option to teach completely remote via online sessions, or you can opt to provide in-person Home Tuition around Hong Kong, depending on your preferences and location.
TigerCampus Hong Kong offers competitive hourly pay rates. Depending on the level and subject taught, academic tutoring rates typically range from HKD 220 to HKD 350 per hour.
Student assignments are managed directly by TigerCampus. You will be matched with students based on your educational qualifications, preferred teaching mode (online or in-person), and availability.
TigerCampus Hong Kong provides dedicated customer service and support every day from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The team can be reached via WhatsApp, email, or phone to assist you.
Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree. For coding or digital arts subjects, a degree in a STEM field is required. Current Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. university students are also highly encouraged to apply.
We ensure quality by providing training for our tutors. Tutors are expected to prepare effective teaching materials, assess student progress, build positive learning attitudes, and maintain effective communication with parents and the management team.
No prior work experience is required, as TigerCampus provides training. However, you must be able to commit to teaching for at least 1 year. Familiarity with international syllabuses such as IGCSE, A-Level, IB, SAT/ACT, or AP is an added advantage.
Tutors are trained and expected to think creatively to engage students, foster high motivation in academic areas, and build a positive, productive environment whether teaching online or in person.
